About Dietmar

I am a creative and illustrator based in Germany (close to Frankfurt).
I worked in the Netherlands and Germany as freelance illustrator in the editorial and advertising area and I write and illustrate graphic novels.

My graphic novel Leben und Sterben in Auschwitz is published in Germany, Austria, France and Spain. It is awarded by American Illustration 42 in 2023 and won a Gold medal in 2024 by 3x3 Professional Show in New York.

My illustration work is focused on conceptual illustration, portraiture and graphic novels.
